Schedule of Fees & Arrangements
All sorts of arrangements are available as per the requirements of the client.
We work on retainer basis on fixed fee arrangements based on pre-agreed Schedule of Fees.
Besides, we offer hourly rates as well depending on client’s urgency, complexity etc. our rates and variable.There is no need for signing a service agreement. Clients can commence work immediately by simply instructing us by e-mail or over the phone.
Based on the work nature, urgency, type and choice of client, we determine the fee structure and confirm the same with client.
Once specific fee is agreed, whether it is scheduled/ hourly/ package, we send invoice on/before completion of work depending on the volume of work involved. We expect 50% advance payment on professional fees and payment of cost in case of high volume of work.
Local payment
For local payment any mode of payment is acceptable.
(Though tax on professional fee is our responsibility, our fees are exclusive VAT. VAT is required to be added and paid as per laws and rates applicable).

CORPORATE
A competitive fees package on priority basis is available for corporate work of local client’s seeking quick disposal by one or more highly experienced lawyers known for their knowledge, accuracy, skills and ability to persuade, whether in house or external as hired by Chambers. Further, every corporate file of client are attached with a coordinator to ensure smooth and quick coordination between lawyers and management team.
Besides, for corporate assignment of clients accessibility is further ensured by providing services not only from our Comilla Chambers but also from Dhaka and Chittagong chambers. A conference may be arranged with our lawyers at a short notice at Chambers Comilla office if necessary in other chambers or offices of the clients or over Skype. Client with corporate matters has direct access to our head of Chambers over phone, Skype or in any of the Chambers, if practicable, at any time within office hours without the need for seeking prior appointment.
Besides, for corporate files, Chambers provides delivery and collection services from the door steps of the clients. Hourly/package quotation is available.
PRIORITY
A competitive fees package is available for priority assignment of local clients seeking quick disposal by one or more highly experienced lawyers known for their knowledge, accuracy, skills and ability to persuade, whether in house or external as hired by Chambers. Further, every priority file of clients are attached with a coordinator to ensure smooth and quick coordination between lawyers and management team.
Besides, for priority matters accessibility is further ensured by providing services not only from our Comilla Chambers but also from Dhaka and Chittagong chambers. STANDARD
Whether corporate matter,Criminal/Civil matter individual,local, standard method is suitable for clients for such assignment which requires disposal within a reasonable time frame as notified by Chambers to be carried out by one or more suitable, eligible and competent lawyers as per opinion of Chambers to be selected among its in house lawyers.
Besides, for standard matters accessibility is ensured by providing services not only from our Comilla Chambers but also from Dhaka and Chittagong chambers.
Prior appointment:
Prior appointment would be necessary for conference at our Comilla office or over Facebook, Skype, Viber, Tango, line, IMO with Head of Chambers or other lawyers.
Consultancy Lump Sum Fees:
Schedule of fees on work to work basis(pay as you go)/hourly/package quotation is available.
